Steven M. Neimand

Of Counsel

Steven M. Neimand has practiced law for nearly 40 years, primarily representing transportation companies, including taxicab and airport shuttle operators, trucking companies, and automobile dealerships. He has extensive experience in business, employment and personal injury defense litigation.

Steve also serves as corporate counsel for several companies, handling business, contract and employment matters.

Steve has successfully tried dozens of cases for his clients, often obtaining defense verdicts in personal injury actions. He has also occasionally represented plaintiffs, and in 2011 obtained a jury award for a client of 2.1 million dollars against the Los Angeles Unified School District. He has also been successful in representing clients in criminal matters.

Steve received a B.A. in Political Science from California State University Northridge in 1974 and a J.D. from San Fernando Valley College of Law in 1977. He is admitted to practice before all of the State Courts of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.

A former member of the Writers Guild of America, Steve has created television pilots for NBC and Warner Brothers. An accomplished photographer, Steve’s photographs have been published in magazines and newspapers, used by many websites and also featured in commercials.
