Of Counsel

 John has been a member of the California bar for over 31 years, focusing his practice primarily in insurance defense. He has extensive experience defending product liability and commercial general liability cases.  John has also practiced in the area of insurance coverage litigation for many years, primarily representing insurers.

John has litigated extensively in the construction defect area over the last 18 years as both defense counsel and coverage counsel.

 John is admitted to practice in all California state courts, and in all Federal courts in California, Arizona and Nevada.

​

In addition to his experience as an attorney, John has worked for 15 years in various capacities with insurance company claim departments, including supervisory and claims management positions.

 John received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University, and his JD from the University of LaVerne.
